Detailed Information

Lemberg Saskatchewan Canada is a progressive little community tucked away on Highway 22, a leisurely drive from the hustle and bustle of city life in Regina or Yorkton.  Customs, traditions and work ethic brought to the area by the early pioneers are integrated with modern technology to add to the lifestyle of our community.  Originally settled by German speaking settlers, Lemberg quickly became the home to a variety of settlers and became a village July 12, 1904 and later incorporated as a town Sept 1, 1907.
Agriculture has been the mainstay of the community since the early days of Motherwell and later James Gardiner.  While in the Lemberg area, be sure to visit local farms to see how technology has progressed from threshing machines to global positioning systems used by today’s farmers.
