Community Resilience Webinar Series

Placemaking & Public Spaces in a New Normal

Thursday May 7, 2020 1:30pm

With closures of businesses and schools, and people are asked to stay home as much as possible, public spaces like parks, trails, and streets have become more important than ever for maintaining our physical and mental wellbeing. What changes will be required from a regulatory and policy perspective as we phase in to a ‘new normal’?  How can we instill creativity into what may be a modified landscape in our communities? Panelists: Judith Veresuk, Regina Downtown Business Improvement District; Lenore Swytsun, Prairie Wild Consulting; Presenter TBA, Saskatchewan Parks & Recreation Association.
