November 23, 2021 Canada’s agriculture industry is a major economic contributor, and Saskatchewan is herding its resources to stay on top. To put it into perspective, annually, the livestock industry contributes more than $13 billion to Canada’s economy in farm cash receipts, and Saskatchewan generates over $2 billion of that total each year.
